When you play a video with subtitles you can: - select the phrases and words in the subtitles to open them in a translate or dictionary app (see the list of available apps below) - move (seek) between subtitles (phrases), repeat current subtitle using buttons or gestures
If you don't have subtitles for some videos on your device you can try to find and download them using this app ("Menu/Subtitles/Search Subtitles")

Best player for learning languages. Only one problem: sometimes it may take some time to resume video after pause, it's a bit annoying especially when you stop video too often to understand text in the subtitles. Hope this bug will be fixed. Also, would be great if I could move subtitles to left or right corner instead of center. Very sad that there were no major updates in the last half year, I'm really waiting for new updates.

It is an excellent app. Almost perfect. Just need some minor improvements. For example - subtitle position. Here one subtitle can be positioned at top and the other at bottom. It would be great if both subtitles could be put at either top or at bottom at the same time. Secondly, the control and play could be made always visible and have an adjustable size. Thirdly it would be great to be able to save the translated words somewhere. It would make the language learning easy.

SubDictionary video player works best! The dictionaries are not compatible with latest android version. Update: I have tried all offline dictionaries that comes with player but non is compatible with the latest Android.
