403 forbidden error. Doesn't work I have Uninstalled and reinstall and still doesn't work!

Issues punching in and out at least 4x a week, lucky if it lets me log in within the first 3 attempts, constant error codes, once it finally lets me in it logs me out before I can punch. All of this makes it very hard to punch on time. I have to start trying to log in ahead of when I punch to try and not be late. Very inconsistent, makes things far more difficult, and causes way more friction than previous clocking systems. Hope problems can be fixed, so I can reliably clock in and out on time

This app is straight trash. It is always giving error codes and doesn't work 80% of the time. The phone clock in and out number works much better so why don't they get rid of this trash app.
