I've 1750 points. Received a message saying points are expiring today. But today there is no redemption option in app, and it is showing something went wrong while opening. Bottom ui options removed. Only available options are points and profile are available now.

I have registered in this app around 8–9 months before but not approved yet...when I try to reach out to the team, they also didn't help just said it will take time, and I have 7 token with myself....how could I scan it? From that time I stopped suggesting for lube motors....
