Got two Lucid L600 adjustable bases on Amazon, July 2021. Installed the app and linked it. Was a little tricky... had to either press the link button on control box under bed, or just unplug power then plug it in again. App must search and find base within a certain number of seconds or try again to put base in link mode. Once linked, it has worked perfectly. I have it on my phone, wife's phone, and a tablet we have near bed. If I can get one of the Alexa skills to see the bed, I'll be pleased.

I should have read the reviews before buying my bed. This app simply won't pair with my new Lucid L600 adjustable bed using 2 recent Android phones (Samsung S21 & Google Pixel 7). I downloaded all the adjustable bed apps in the store and did find 1 that would work on the basic functions... so the bed is not the problem... It's a non-functional app. Shame on Lucid for just providing 1 remote which is almost always on the wrong side of the 2-person bed! A working App would solve this problem.
