The alarm feature has gone completely missing. I've even dropped you an email regarding this. Also, not everyone uses siri. Please make Google Assistant voice commands capabilities to change modes. A great bed base, but please work on these 2 issues. I'm using a M555 base.

Could not get the app to connect to my bed at all, and I have a model in the app.

Nope. Have to uninstall and reinstall each time I want to use it. The batteries went dead in the remote while it was in the lounge position. All I had was the app and of course it didn't work. Uninstall and reinstall again.

This is horrible. Every three to four days I have to delete the bed in the app and go through the entire setup process to reconnect the bed to the app to make it work again. Not sure if it's the app or the base... but something is DEFINITELY wrong. If it stayed connected it would be great... but completely defeats the purpose of convenience of the app. I bought a setup of two twin bases over a split king to have two different heads and a linked foot movement... totally ruined by the app.
