Luma ADHD : Planner & Focus

Luma is the ADHD planner that helps you start, keep going and finish your tasks. Body doubling, Pomodoro focus timer, routines and reminders: everything an ADHD brain needs, with no pressure and no judgment.

With Mochi, your little companion, you move forward one step at a time.

★ FOCUS TOGETHER: LIVE BODY DOUBLING
Body doubling means working while someone else works alongside you. For many people with ADHD, it's what finally gets them started. In Luma, join the Focus Together room: other people are working at the same time as you, live and anonymously. Pick a nickname, share your intention if you want, send and receive encouragement. Nobody online? Mochi does the session with you.

★ POMODORO FOCUS TIMER
Short focus sessions and real breaks: the Pomodoro technique, adapted for ADHD. Ambient sound to help you concentrate: brown noise, pink noise or Mochi's purr. The screen stays on during your session, and it picks up where you left off if the app closes.

★ ADHD ROUTINES
Morning routine, evening routine, chores, work, study: break your day into small steps that are easy to follow. Start a routine and get guided task by task. Less mental load, fewer forgotten things.

★ GENTLE REMINDERS
Reminders to drink water, move, breathe, take a break or do what you planned. Small, kind notifications, not stressful alarms.

★ BREATHING
A few minutes of breathing exercises to reset when everything feels like too much or procrastination takes over.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Luma is built for adults with ADHD (inattentive, hyperactive or combined) and neurodivergent people, diagnosed or not. If you procrastinate, forget things, struggle to get started or get lost in your to-do list, Luma is made for you.
