I have been using the LUMA app on my phone and laptop since 2020. The LUMA app does not work with Windows 10 without some sort of non-existing patch. This app worked adequately on my phone but definitely requires some upgrades to bring it into the 21st century!! Now I see there's a LUMA VIEW app. What's the difference between these two apps? Based on the reviews, it appears the only change made is to update the negative reviews to a 2023 date.

I've had NVRs from online sources with better app. No control. Can't log in on more than 1 device. Year is 2023 and app is as if designed in the 90s. Have to shut of push notice, so I can sleep. Wait till I go back to NVR location in the morning to adjust sensitivity on cameras so bugs do not set off alarm. App lets you look at cameras but no control of anything. Absolutely terrible

App doesn't work. I can log in but cannot see any servers or the cameras that my friends with the iOS app can see. I must conclude that the app itself does not work and that the company never bothered to make sure that it would work.
