I had had months of problems with this app. It would work sporadically. I was only able to watch footage when on my home Wi-Fi, I wasn't able to view footage away from my home. Also screen camera shot and video recording didn't work. It wasn't very easy, but eventually I was able to contact the relevant person from the app developer. After contacting them I have found that the app and its features work fine now, and I can view footage away from my home. When it works it's great.

Every time I look in on the cameras the video freezes and can't use the playback function. Very disappointed for I use this to look in on my business.

I returned Dvr to the store. This app is bad. My cellphone gets slow and
warms up. The iPhone version does not work.
