HOW IT WORKS: - Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. - You’ll receive an estimated time of arrival when booking your trip. This will automatically update as your vehicle makes its way to you. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. - There may be other passengers on board, and your trip might include a few additional stops along the way!
SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our algorithm matches riders headed in the same direction. This means you get the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a shared one.
FREE: Petaluma Transit is a fare-free system. LumaGo on-demand transit, fixed-route, and paratransit services are all free.

It's a great service for being free the only thing I would like is on the map I wish it was more clear where you need to be when being picked up other than that I appreciate the drivers the operators and I completely understand it's free, so yeah, thanks for the service.

Will give you a pickup spot 2 blocks away, say its only going to be a minute, take 10 minutes, park across the busy street, then leave you without even giving you a second thought. Then you will call to lodge a formal complaint. Get sent to the feedback line, just to be sent to a voicemail.

Currently, it's limited and only available within Petaluma area. Suggest to expand their network to add 5 miles in radius to enjoy more places to go to. Well, I tried to book a ride to test, but then the app says it's fully booked with only 100 downloads! Badly needs improvement in terms of Service and Availability.
