Issue in reconnecting to Wi-Fi internet, if once Wi-Fi device is switched off or restart, inverter dongle is not able to connect to Wi-Fi device automatically, and information is not updated in app. We have to reboot complete inverter or unplug dongle and plug it again. Then only inverter connect with Wi-Fi. Reconnect to Wi-Fi not easy.

Very good app. Good UX/UI to show the status at landing page, and then the historical charts. Requesting a feature to show a time series of power generation from the solar panel - hourly, daily, monthly. Along with peak power generation stat

App is neat and good! Below could be the feedback for improving areas: 1. The app has options to store your purchase details like inverter photo, invoice upload. But as a user we can't view it, then what's the purpose of it. 2. Profile photo of the user doesn't get updated. 3. Automatically move to dark mode even though it was in normal mode. 4. Always the logger is not connected on day 1, so generation data Day wise is not reflecting for which generation happened b4 connecting the logger.

Bad product and no customer support. App frozen many times. Data not synchronized. New update required.

The Luminous Connect X app is a benchmark in how not to design software. It rarely syncs, data is inconsistent even within the same screen, and integrations simply donβt exist. It feels like the development team never tested itβor maybe never used it themselves. Every update promises fixes, yet nothing changes. Instead of asking users to contact support, maybe the entire team should contact reality.

Pathetic. They just rebrand some chinese inverter for solar as it is visible in the app. The customer support is pathetic and the technician are so courteous that u would want to call police on them

App is not working properly. Sometimes it can't show energy generation and output. Facing issue afternoons. Then it's get fix on next day automatically. I don't know why.
