App is good, it shows detailed information about power generation and consumption and also supply from grid, solar panel and battery. The only drawback is that it shows error (your device is offline) even Wi-Fi and data logger is connected to it. I suggest the app builder to show battery charging details in percentage too.

This is a very pathetic app. It always shows offline. I made the mistake of buying an Ingrid solar inverter NXI 150 from Luminous. This app always have some problems. The data is not showing. Lumnious sucks

Data do not update regularly. Data and its analysis both are less than competition. Daily solar generation graphs like voltage, current, and power are not retained. UI, UX and insights are generic. Tariff charges given are only fixed, not the real world progressive. Production is overestimated by 1-2%. It's like a 2021 platform in 2026. Edited:- Data updates quite fine now.

The Luminous Ingrid app frequently gets stuck and often fails to show real-time data. For a reputed inverter company, this level of performance is disappointing. Even smaller companies offer much better monitoring apps, such as Smart Client. Luminous should improve app stability, connectivity, and real-time data accuracy. Moreover, every time while opening the app the interface of panels cleaning is opening by default which is the worst part of this app.
