So much wonderful information for pre and postpartum. As mom's we don't get enough education on these topics and because of it our bodies don't fully recover after pregnancy and childbirth. These women provide the education and solution. Easy to navigate app and very professional videos! Wish I would have known about this earlier, but it's never too late!
