1. Install app 2. Put bear in smart device 3. Put left and right paw together and press the same time the buttons. 4. Touch the display app to enter the app Enjoy the menu Register any email address with the bear off and then open again the bear from the switch and than 3. You can search other songs from internet and install it on the sd card that comes with the bear. The app has also the walkie talkie option after you register your email address.

Bear is cute all thats good about it. Thing is junk no code inside box or on battery cover, or anywhere for that matter so completely useless. No I have a pissed of kids. Thanks for the junk. Taking it back to the store.

Put paws together... nothing no chime, no sound.. nothing. Also no secret code. No sticker in battery compartment or anywhere on or in bear. Thank goodness I put batteries in it and downloaded the app, to see if this stupid thing worked, b4 wrapping it up. App for this sucks too. :-( Taking this back and getting something else for a Christmas gift.
