Initially, I encountered some difficulties with the setup - syncing bespoke camera to app & bespoke monitor independently. It is not intitutive, so important to read instructions carefully. Luvion was contacted via their email & they responded within 24 hours. Received a very detailed instruction, covering all possible errors and fault. Managed to connect camera to mobile app & bespoke monitor. (TIP: Reset camera and then connect camera to router FIRST before any other device(s)). I'm happier

This app is unfriendly when pairing goes wrong, you need to remove the camera from the monitor to try again, but the troubles begin. I bought the GRAND ELITE 3 CONNECT+ the camera is offline when paired in app. Pairing with monitor no problem. To remove the cam from the monitor you need to pair the cam again to the monitor but on CHANNEL2 before you can remove it. CAM channel 1 doesn't allow removing the camera. Channel1 gets cleared after pairing and on channel2 you're able to delete the cam.

This app is the definition of negligence, it is just terrible. Ancient and unusable interface. Connecting to cameras takes ages or does not work at all. When you have a camera open, and you reopen the app, it just hangs, and you have to restart the whole app and try again. This needs a massive overhaul. I tell everybody to stay away from Luvion just because of this app, as it shows how you are treated as a user.

Camera cannot connect with the app (camera is offline) despite following instructions and several resets and reinstallments of both the Wi-Fi and the app. Do not recommend buying this product.
