It informs you when you have a package to pick up in your apartment building. The customer service is very helpful ;if sometimes you don't get a code they'll send you a temporary one.

I live in Apartment, so it gives me peace of mind knowing my packages 📦 are kept in a locker that I can access via Luxer One app, and that I can pick them up without any issues. I also get a text message as soon as the package is ready for pickup, and the lockers open immediately. In the two years I've used it I've never had a problem, so I don't understand the negative reviews.

Every time I attempt to open a locker door, I get an error and the package gets marked as picked up. I then have to get a staff member from my apartment complex to open the locker for me (which sometimes means waiting till the next day or taking time off from work). FIX YOUR APP.

Takes forever to send me a code, so I can get my package. Amazon says it's delivered but I can't get it out.

Do not use luxer one. If you are not registered with them packages can still be put in their lockers in which case you have no access. They also charge per day after some time. Forget about a delivery while on vacation? Welcome to an $80 charge. Any package delivered to a luxer one locker will result in me issuing a refund or charge back due to a misdelivered package to discourage people from using it. I will also inform my rental management company this is a garbage company.
