Needs an option where you can confirm you've picked it up without using the code (like if you went in with someone else). I'd just keep getting texts saying to pick up my package when I already had when that happened.

App is so slow to start that it's useless. Main workflow: go down to the package lockers, open app, wait 10+ second then give up and use the texted code for the lockers instead of opening with the app. The individual features seem ok - notifications work at least - but it's so much faster to enter the codes into the package locker than to try to use the app to open the locker which is half the point of the app. Edit: app no longer sends notifications nor knows I get packages. Uninstalling now

Do not use luxer one. If you are not registered with them packages can still be put in their lockers in which case you have no access. They also charge per day after some time. Forget about a delivery while on vacation? Welcome to an $80 charge. Any package delivered to a luxer one locker will result in me issuing a refund or charge back due to a misdelivered package to discourage people from using it. I will also inform my rental management company this is a garbage company.
