Comments on Luxul ProWatch for Android

★★★★★ Please add back ability to edit names and locations of online devices, and ability to delete offline devices. These were lost with latest update. Thanks.

★★★★★ A little raw but basic and good, works. You have to make sure sites are not duplicated in your list. I use the phone app to set up on site for my customers. Saves me trips to sites and money. Thanks LUX UL!!!

★★★★★ Awesome time saver! I can keep an eye on all my installations from home. Perfect for this time of covid and concerns about safety.

★★☆☆☆ This app is unreliable. It doesn’t show the status of devices in realtime which leads to unnecessary truck rolls as opposed to the idea of an app like this. In recent times it doesn’t stay open for more than 7 seconds it just closes upon launch. Its unfortunate that an app designed to make things easier is not working as intended, and it doesn't seem anything is being done about it because it has been this way for months unending.

★★☆☆☆ The app can find mesh network but does not find devices on the sites network.

★★☆☆☆ Garbage... doesn't do 1/3 of what Luxul claims it does. This app is straight garbage and there are 2 different tech support companies you will get shuffled between. I would not recommend anyone buy a Luxul router!
