Description by CareClinic Tracker & Reminder(from Google Play)
Swelling can make a familiar day feel hard to describe. When you are juggling limb measurements, compression and the rest of life, remembering every detail adds another task. Lymphedema Tracker gives you a lymphedema diary for symptoms, care routines and the numbers you want to bring to your next appointment.
Keep a record of leg swelling or arm swelling (edema), whether your lymphedema (lymphoedema) is new or long-standing, and the care routines already agreed with your team. Keep daily observations together, whether you are starting a journal or adding detail to an established routine.
SWELLING IN YOUR OWN WORDS Put what you notice beside the day it happened: • Log swelling in hands, feet or legs, pain and tenderness. • Record a symptom value and its start and end times. • Describe swollen ankles, heaviness, tight skin or changes in how clothing fits in your journal. • Note the affected side and what felt different during ordinary tasks.
LEFT AND RIGHT LIMB MEASUREMENTS Keep the location and unit with each limb measurement: • Enter left and right ankle circumference in cm. • Record left and right calf circumference in cm. • Add left and right upper arm circumference in cm. • Use journal notes for the measuring point, time and any context you want to remember. • Refer back to dated entries when discussing your measurements.
COMPRESSION AND CARE ROUTINES Keep a record of the routine your care team gave you: • Log compression garments, such as sleeves or stockings, and compression bandaging as care entries. • Record manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) sessions already in your plan. • Keep skin care and exercise program entries with the day they happened. • Write garment details, hours worn or a change in routine in your journal. • Add questions about fit or comfort for your next visit.
MOVEMENT AND EVERYDAY CONTEXT A measurement is only part of a day: • Log activities you chose to record, alongside your symptom entries. • Note a walk, work shift, journey, hot weather or long period of sitting in your journal. • Describe tasks that felt difficult and the help you used.
MEDICATIONS AND PERSONAL NOTES Bring medicine records into the same daily account: • Log medications and the details you enter for each dose. • Set a medication reminder for the doses already in your routine. • Use a journal note for a change discussed at an appointment.
PHOTOS THAT KEEP THEIR CONTEXT Add a visual record to your lymphedema journal: • Attach a photo to a dated journal entry. • Describe the limb, side and what you wanted to capture in the entry text. • Write about skin appearance or garment marks in the accompanying note. • Keep the photo with your words, rather than a camera roll full of unexplained images.
A SWELLING HISTORY YOU CAN REVISIT Find the entries you want to discuss: • Review logs as a chronological list or grouped by tracker. • Search your Timeline and apply filters to focus the record. • Use the date range to look back at a particular stretch of days. • Export your selected logs as CSV with Premium for a conversation with your care team.
Start with one symptom, one measurement or a note about today's routine. Build a lymphedema log that reflects your experience, with the details you want to remember in one place.
