Waiting time at the airport was 40 minutes which was too long. I think the taxi should be dispatched as soon as plane lands and customer updated

Great app, awful company - they accepted our journey and money 2 months beforehand, then called 5 mins beforehand to say they couldn't fulfill the trip. Then on another trip, they said the taxi would arrive in 10-15mins, when in reality it took over an hour. If you take someone's money, you hold up your end of the transaction. If it's going to take an hour for a taxi to arrive, you tell them that.

Unable to book a taxi from my destination couldn't get through to an operator. When car arrived it smelt of body odor. The driver had a bad cough but had no mask on and the prices seem to have increased by about a pound every trip. TERRIBLE

First class driver once he reached me otherwise a dreadful service. Booked a taxi with 24 hours notice for 8:35 to attend a long awaited hospital appointment. Completely failed to show up and required multiple phone calls to try and get a replacement. Some staff members were helpful but ineffective, others just plain rude. Left me in the pouring rain for nearly 45 minutes and was fortunate the doctor was willing to see me despite my late arrival. Will never use them again and cannot recommend.
