★★★★★ Great help, I'm very happy for the service

★★★★★ After getting the app set up through a phone call and got taught how to use I was looking forward to helping my dad be monitored remotely. When he came home from hospital we no longer can use. All we see is a "my profile, no subject record found" all the previous options are no longer present. I've emailed m.care and kaiser doesn't seem to know what the app is when I call them. I'm frustrated now for two days. This issue wa resolved after I spoke to discharge team. Works well.

★★★★★ M. Care is by far The Best App that a NICU Family can possibly have on their phones. Not being able to be there 24/7.7 Days a week. I know it was extremely hard on me especially with how far away I lived. With M. Care I got to see moments that the nurses recorded with pictures for me that I thought I would miss. It also got me through the long nights without my boy. For 3 months multiple times a day I got pictures and phone calls, and it was wonderful. Thank You for M. Care!!

★★☆☆☆ Won't work and no way to contact support The first time I downloaded the app the physical activity tracking could be viewed, but that's it, entries have to be entered via their website. Recently nutrition tracking was added but gives an error if you try to use it. I've confirmed this with 5 other Android useres. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Now it won't let me log in at all. There is no support contact information on their website nor their portal. Useless! Very little activity tracker device support, no samsung or Garmin.
