Is this app a bad joke? I placed an order for delivery the next day. There was no email or sms acknowledgement and no delivery. Waiting for customer service to respond

Ordered some jeans and a t-shirt, which included a rather hefty $15 delivery fee but, as I needed the jeans quite urgently, I reluctantly paid. A day before delivery I got an email saying the jeans are out of stock, and they had cancelled the item. This left a $14.90 t-shirt being delivered for a $15 fee because they messed up. On raising the issue with their customer (couldn't)care, they refused to refund the delivery fee or waive the fee on a replacement pair of jeans. Account now deleted
