I can't find the words to explain how much Deborah has helped me in every way, she cleans my place imcuately also gives me moral support, she honestly goes out of her way for me, ive met some great cleaners and people with. Lovely natures, but no one can match Deb, you're so lucky to. Glad or coordinator got us to use Mabel, the best thing we had done in 5yrs. Highly recommend, everything goes through an app. Support workers need all paperwork before they can join Mabel, so you know your getting quality support.

This was a complete downgrade from the old app, so difficult to use and buggy consistently when trying to write a message. This new app would be largely inaccessible to many people with disabilities.

This should be a really good company, but honestly I found it to be quite dangerous and the quality of people at times has been terrible, ive had several things stolen, house keys deliberately taken and then assaulted a month later by people who let themselves in with keys. Ive been deliberately, targeted at times and dismissed as a mental health patient wich I am not. Ive had workers bring meth and drugs here and come here under the influence and ive been ignored for speaking up. Go elsewhere

Apart from a larger logo the app is a train wreck!!! It was confusing enough in the very beginning 3 years ago but once I worked it out it was so easy Why couldn't you just leave well and good alone. Now I can't get in without downloading the app every time, and it's impossible to approve the support worker on my husbands mable account. Unbelievable.
