Great app... only problem I have just encountered is that some support workers do not Include their rates when applying for jobs and this can easily leave people with disabilities open to exploitation of they are trying to manage this themselves.

Have been using the Mable app for over a year. After the latest update, it won't let me log, in says "This app is currently restricted to care workers and clients". I manage 3 clients' accounts. Can't access any of them. Totally useless for contacting support worker

Terrible app. I cannot run my care work business with it. I've given up and returned to the workplace. If I could give it zero stars I would, to thank Mable for missed opportunities while attempting to conduct a support worker business with them. Mable must address these issues or many workers will ditch.

As a service, Mable has been fine, some great workers and some very badly screened duds who really aren't a safe or competent fit to care for vulnerable people, let alone charging maximum rate for doing so. As an app, it's absolutely nonfunctional majority of the time, it's a nightmare to use. More often than not whole sections won't load or the whole app is crashed. Messages often can't be sent, coming up with an "error" popup, leaving me with missed shifts and unnecessary gaps in care.
