Key Features of the “Mahindra Track” App are as follows –
Multilingual:
The app supports multilingual abilities and is available in 6 languages, to begin with i.e. English, Nepali, Bangla, Sinhala, Spanish, and French.
Service Appointment booking:
Book your car’s service appointment at any of the Mahindra Dealers at the touch of your fingertips. In a case of breakdown send breakdown information such as location, details to the nearest / selected dealer for help, and assistance.
Locate a Dealer Workshop:
Locate your nearest Dealer on Google Maps from your current location and also get their address and contact information.
My Vehicle Service History:
Track the Service history of your vehicle based on your visits to Dealer Workshops.
My Customized Dashboard:
Display of Vehicle Pic with Sales and Service Dealer details, Last km service, and next service Km milestone.
Parts Query:
Send part requirement/query details to your nearest / selected dealer with a description and picture of the part.
Sales & Service Feedback:

Very bad company making products very bad. Management is also very bad of this company. No solutions of customer query. You completely waste your whole day if you have any problem related to the purchased product of this company, but you find not any solution. Utter useless. Installed this for a second time after the local dealing guaranteed that Mahindra would authorize the application/details. Same result as last time. Still utter useless. Zero stars
