Useless confussion app of mmt extranet. 1) Is not allowing to confirm bookings. See how stupid mmt IT department are. 2) total price wrong, dates checkin and checkout dates wrong, catagory also wrong. This app is made to confuse hoteliers. 3) I complained to Annu/Lovnish, but they dont take any action to rectify errors. No response. 4) Mmt take more then one week, which is totally bad to hoteliers, but solves customers matters in minites. ( BAD SUPPORT TO HOTELIERS) 5) No notification in app if new booking is come. Their call centre will disturb all the time like harrasing to confirm the booking but give details of booking by reading fast. They dont care i listern or not, just they want word confirm. 6) As mmt business is growning, they are taking things for granted. 7) Cannot reply to guests reviews. I was told my Lovnish that they are in testing possition but till now 6 months not yet introduce.
