Great way to record mammal sightings and check back to see what you've spotted over a year. Makes me more observant.

A great idea but this app is not practical. I most often see mammals when driving or walking but not when I expect to see them, so I don't usually have the app ready to submit sightings. I need to be able to submit sightings later when I'm at home. Also, an option for a generic mouse/vole/shrew would be helpful, it can be very hard to tell the difference between them from a brief glimpse. An option for bats would be good as well

Why are Bats not listed even as a generic species? The only true flying mammal and ALL are protected species. Seemingly no way to add any additional species personally? Perhaps should be called a selective mammal survey?
