Manager's Notebook: Football

Open your notebook. Don't just watch a club's results — write its future with your decisions.

Manager's Notebook is a single-player football management game played with entirely fictional clubs and players. Take the manager's chair, build your squad, read the opposition, pick your tactics and steer the live match from the touchline.

⚽ MATCHDAY IS YOURS
• Minute-by-minute live match feed: possession, shots, xG and momentum
• Key moments play out in a 2D scene
• Change your shape, give instructions and make substitutions in-match
• Half-time dressing room: interval report, unit talks and team talks
• After the whistle: player ratings, heat maps and pass networks

📋 TACTICAL DEPTH
• Mentality, tempo, pressing and opponent-specific instructions
• Build your formation by tapping, selecting and swapping players on the pitch
• Morale, fatigue, weather, the referee and card pressure genuinely affect the simulation

🌱 GROW YOUR CLUB
• Transfer market and scouting network
• Training and individual development
• Facilities, academy and rising young talent
• Budget, sponsors, board targets and fan confidence

🏆 A LONG CAREER
Seasons pass: players age and retire, new generations come through the academy, rival clubs change managers. Fill your trophy cabinet in the league, the cup and continental tournaments — and write your name into your career notebook.

💼 THE MANAGER HAS A LIFE TOO
Your personal wealth is separate from the club's coffers: salary, garage, collection, investments, trophy room. Once your net worth is big enough you can buy a club and manage your own — where the board cannot sack you.

⚖️ FAIR PLAY
Match results, goals and titles are never for sale. Credits earned from optional ads only shorten some waiting times. You never have to pay or wait on a timer to play a match and move through the season.

📴 YOUR CAREER RUNS OFFLINE
The main career loop plays without internet; your save stays on your device. Only connected features such as ads need a connection.

Clubs, players, managers and sponsors are entirely fictional; the music and sound are original.

Open your notebook. Write your career.
