Set your urge strength and mood on Today. The dot sea reflects how you feel. Save a check-in when you want to; nothing is recorded automatically.

Log either kind of moment
Record an alternative you chose, or a time you went with the urge. Capture strength, mood, triggers and what helped. Both kinds of moment belong in your record, without judgement. Logging works offline and queued entries sync when you reconnect.

See your patterns
Log brings together your entries, a weekly view of when urges come, and a separate check-in view for strength and mood. Pattern summaries appear once there are enough entries. Milestones and Wins recognise the actions you record.

Make room with Loops
Clear the loop: name what is repeating, decide whether repair is needed and choose a small next step.
Park this for later: contain a looping thought and return during your chosen reflection window. Loops and reflection settings stay on your device.

Help stays within reach
Help offers call and text options for UK and US support services. It remains available during setup and after the free trial, without an unlock. Mandrake may offer a brief check-in or suggest human support based on what you log.

Pricing
Try the tracking tools free for 3 days from first installation. After that, an optional one-time purchase unlocks Today, Log, Loops, Milestones and Wins for lifetime access. There is no subscription and you are never charged automatically when the trial ends. See the price for your region in the app and on Google Play. Help, Settings and privacy controls remain free. Restore purchases from Settings.

Your data
No name, email or password is required. Entries and saved check-ins are stored in Firebase under a random app identifier, with an offline cache on your device. Screening answers, Loops and settings stay on your device. Text typed under "Other" is not saved; only the selected "Other" label is recorded. RevenueCat handles purchase entitlements. There are no ads or analytics SDKs.

Export logged entries and check-ins, or delete your data in Settings. Reinstalling or changing phones does not guarantee recovery of your history.
