I have been taking therapy consultations on Manoshala app from past 10 months now. There are many therapists to choose from. I was able to get a very good manager Ta manna who coordinates very well and also therapist Simone who is very supportive and kind in my consultations.

I have had a very warm and safe experience with Manoshala. Zoha is a very experienced therapist. Ta manna is very friendly and helpful to manage the sessions.

One of the best things about Manoshala is that I never feel judged. I can talk about my struggles openly, and my psychologist doesn’t make me feel “wrong” for feeling a certain way. That’s a relief because mental health conversations can be hard.
