Game-changer for field sales. Mapping my accounts and planning routes used to eat up half my morning, now it takes two minutes. The visual map view makes it so easy to see which customers I'm near and plan my day around them. Logging visits on the go is smooth and the app barely uses battery.

Been using MMC for only a few months, but honestly I love it. I have a pretty dense territory, and it was always tough keeping track of which relationships I needed to visit. MMCs map makes it super easy to see all the accounts I haven't visited in a while on top of just being a really easy crm. Also the mobile app has gotten way more stable which is great. Haven't played with all the features yet like their lead finder, but im excited to!

I rarely take time to write app reviews but after using this app for 20 minutes I felt like I needed to take the time to break this down and hopefully save some of your time and phone storage. The app is really designed for paid users so if you're looking for a free solution this isn't it. The app constantly freezes, and I had to force it close and re-open it multiple times, which granted, might be just on my phone, and it may not freeze for you. The app looks like it runs off a website, like you're looking into a website while using it, it's very cumbersome and slow to load. The app is very unintuitive and forces you to take multiple steps to the things I wanted to do the most which is plan my daily route. There are better apps on the market and some that you can use for free with limited numbers of clients or stops on your route rather than charging you after a trial. Save yourself the trouble.

WILL NOT CANCEL AFTER REQUESTED. I had emailed and asked to have this service to be canceled before the l renewal date back in July. Well, they charged me. After emailing support and being told that would get refund, not only they failed to refund me for July, but they CHARGED ME AGAIN for the month of August. Horrible support. I will be contacting my bank to charge them back for those 2 payments.

Does not work Will not find my location. Keeps saying turn on location sharing for your web browser. Location IS on. I have logged into browser with this app, and it works fine there.
