Incident Alert Button When trouble hits, a pre-scripted text message can immediately be sent to neighbors, marina staff, and 911 responders identifying the nature and location of the emergency and set in motion incident management protocols and a common communication platform.
Incident Management Dashboard A common communication platform that is activated whenever an Incident is initiated. The dashboard provides information on the initial report of the Incident including mapped location, nature of the emergency, the contact information of the reporting party. Subsequent communications related to the event are tracked and available to all responders. If selected, a notification is sent to the 911 dispatcher along with a linked interface to the Incident Management dashboard, creating a common communication system that can be shared with 911 responders and onsite responders. The system creates a record of the event.
Broadcast Safety Messaging When it is necessary to send messages to the entire marina a group message can be sent in seconds providing emergency instructions or other information to all boaters and marina staff simultaneously.
Talk-Around Messaging For smaller groups like marina security, marina administration, boat owners on a particular dock, or between individuals, the Talk-around function allows for both emergency and routine communications.
Incident Report Form An incident reporting and follow-up system that is simple and quick but allows for reports as detailed as needed for a situation, including attaching photos and videos. Any type of issue can be reported, from a report of an assault to one of a lock that is not working properly.
Anonymous Hotline Individuals who don't feel comfortable being identified as the reporting party can file anonymous notifications of safety concerns or events.
Marina Map A Map of the marina including web links to marina administration and other useful links to local services.
