Predatory behavior / bad service First off, the app is the worst thing to use. Since day one, I have not been able to log in despite doing everything needed to get in and reset passwords multiple times. The company is basically like a mafia ran business. To get a loan, you do need to give a firstborn or something equal. They constantly send emails wanting you to borrow more. They send additional emails wanting you to send your friends and family. They call you wanting to give you more. Awful

I have had loans out with Mariners. I have never been late, and I paid off the loans early. I'm still waiting on my closed paperwork on my account. I got a new loan application and I called them. They couldn't give me the amount I had the paperwork which I was pre-qualified. We settle for lower amount. The last account I received a check from Mariners to deposit, and it was settled without going through hoops. Now I have to come in with all kinds of paperwork to process the loan. I declined the loan.
