This loan company kinda makes no sense to me. You already currently have a loan with them, they already have all your information. You sometimes get a new loan offer within the app. You select to take the new loan offer, you fill out all the needed information in the app plus you're the only one that has access to the app, and you're account since obviously it's your own phone. But they still want you to call and give all the same information you just did in the app.

I have had loans out with Mariners. I have never been late, and I paid off the loans early. I'm still waiting on my closed paperwork on my account. I got a new loan application and I called them. They couldn't give me the amount I had the paperwork which I was pre-qualified. We settle for lower amount. The last account I received a check from Mariners to deposit, and it was settled without going through hoops. Now I have to come in with all kinds of paperwork to process the loan. I declined the loan.
