I have had loans out with Mariners. I have never been late, and I paid off the loans early. I'm still waiting on my closed paperwork on my account. I got a new loan application and I called them. They couldn't give me the amount I had the paperwork which I was pre-qualified. We settle for lower amount. The last account I received a check from Mariners to deposit, and it was settled without going through hoops. Now I have to come in with all kinds of paperwork to process the loan. I declined the loan.

Horrible, I constantly get a warning that my email and password are incorrect when I am in the app already but unable to pay or do anything. Makes me want to get a loan else where to pay them off, they make me deal with annoying app, I take my interest and payment plan else where. I am sure they will enjoy early payments. What support? That's a bigger joke than this app. How about a manager call someone back? Such lousy leadership. I bet if I am late, someone would call. Rating, -2

Biometrics log in doesn't stay enabled. Have to enter your email and password every time.
