App is not useful AT ALL!!! They have zero people working in their compliant department if there is even in fact a complaint department. They have no real time person manning the phones either, which is a HUGE inconvenience if you're stranded somewhere. They do this because they have zero competitors. Which is sad. Also, they don't give disabled people enough time to actually get to the ride. This is called ride DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE DISABLED!!!!

The app keeps saying I have no internet connection, yet I have both 5g data with my phone plan and also 5g Wi-Fi. I'm deleting this app immediately. Just go on Google and search for Mart online and navigate through their website like that.
