Trying to book a trip for next week, and it will not let me. Yes my ride trips have been updated, and yet I can't book anything

Can't even login to my account says it is frozen or locked out, so I call tech support at the number they provide for them to tell me they have no idea what is wrong and why your not able to get in.

I don't understand this app...I cannot book any pt1 rides it seems like its just another app like lyft or uber it's not giving an option for me to set up insurance paid rodes in any way 👎👎
