Original comment below. Since making that comment (one day ago) the app spontaneously started working. I keep my review to 4 stars because there should have been a more fluid transfer from the old to the new app. Original comment: They made us download a new app for no reason, now neither works with our vending machines. Completely useless.

TOTAL KO. INSTABLE CONNECTION TO MACHINES. OFTEN CRASHES. REPEATEDLY ASKS FOR LOGIN. NFC TAG CONNECTS TO DIFFERENT MACHINES. NEED TO RECONNECT AFTER EVERY COFFEE. KO!!!!

Scam!!! After a transaction of 5 euro to recharge your wallet, vending machine and in-app instructions still telling you "insert coins" Haha haha you end up with no coffee and 5 euro lost

It's yet another unnecessary app that takes more time to use during my breaks at work than just using the RFID chips we had before. The NFC function does not work with any of the vending machines, and the QR code doesn't work with a lot of machines either. There's no real way to make a report about it in the app either, since it's not one of the options. There's an option in the app to use an NFC, but that's not enabled either. The one benefit is that I spend less on the vending machines now.
