Minimum €5 top up? Can't use coins because vending machine does not give change? Yeah, I'll pass. I'll just go grab a cup of coffee at some place where they only take the money they are actually owed.

I paid 5 euro to top up my account and after 2 weeks still it's not available on my credit. After many times ticketing and request to cash back my money, they just said we don't refund your money. What's wrong with you? This is stealing.
