This is a HORRIBLE charting system! Takes forever to chart. Repeats itself. When doing a discharge, it automatically brings up care plan suggestions!! Why would you want new care plans on a pt you are discharging!!?? There are SOOOOO MANY THING WRONG WITH THIS APP!!

The app was working fine until the recent update which killed it as the update isn't ready for Android products, and the app doesn't work without the update. It still works on my iPad, but then I would have to keep that close by all the time 🤦🏼♀️ This needs to be fixed soon!

There is only one star today because the new versión is not updated by the Play Store. I can't send my messages 😕 😒 I'm very disappointed. Apple devices are already updated, and my device is android.

Needs optional subject line so can navigate messages. Need to be able to make more than one text group under a patient's name.
