Yellow cab has a promo of free half moon pizza when you download the app, but sad to say not all person downloaded the app have claim the free pizza. On the 2nd day of promo they change the mechanics that when you downloaded the app you can claim a free pizza when you purchase a minimum of 299. Sana hindi Neyland kayo nag promo kung hindi nyo naman pala ma cater lahat.

Installed this app because I saw a promo online about their Father's Day promos where they offered 5 treats that started at 598 pesos. Went into the app and couldn't find it. I went to their Facebook page to ask and all I got were useless automated responses that frustrated me rather than helped me. Next time, if you're going to offer a promo, makes sure you actually offer it. I have a feeling that the offer is fake and only "exists" to get people to download the app. Such horrible marketing!

I was informed by the representative (wendy) that my order will be canceled due to the branch does not accept cash, and she will cancel my order so I tried to order again 5X via gcash payment but did not push through as it shows I still have pending order. I tried to call the representative but keeps on ending the call. Bad app bad customer service.
