Honestly BJC TA is doing the dang thing!!! Max On-Demand is a total lifesaver.... & it's an extreme money saver especially compared to Lyft, Uber, or Z-Trip. The drivers are top-notch in every way imaginable. Not only are they knowledgeable about the areas they drive in, they know how to drive well, and they are also professional, reliable, and the customer service is extraordinary. These guys... (& GALS).... have raised the standard that I have come to expect when hailing a ride-share.

Garbage app. Says to check hours and service zone. Birmingham city center service zone right by Publix on 20th Midtown, and I'm not in the zone, or it's not time yet to order a ride, but it's 6am on Friday? Seriously? Improve the detection of time and service zone availability.

My bus driver told me to download this app because the bus I used to take line was cut. And I was told that they would pick me up and take me where I want to go, but when I went to use the app it said that both my home address and work location was out of their zones, to make matters even worse, when I first downloaded, it accepted my debit card, and now it had an update that I downloaded and all of a sudden it doesn't accept my card. Some service.

Lies lies lies they sent me 3 offers just to start riding to my email and since they're no expiration date on them when you redeem they lie and say oh those expire so let's get rid of this company and start building with companies from here that give back to communities within our community and not foreign companies that lie to us and make things harder than they are for us got me stuck in a place I had no clue where I was

Horrible service. If you stay a couple miles from downtown like on the West End they always lie and say all cars are booked. If you go downtown they rides are always available
