Love the biometric feature to sign in! Logging in and out is a breeze. I can log in to start or end a work shift literally under one minute! The face recognition is even better than the fingerprint option. Put my phone up to my face, and bam! The app is open. Don't even need to smile! D

I regularly get notifications a day after a shift saying that my "shift was scheduled to end at X" and it always sends me into a brief panic before I log in and see that I did in fact clock out already. These irritating notifications tend to come in after midnight which makes them all the more bothersome.

Not very user-friendly. Needs some things fixed so that this doesn't happen.... Logs u out constantly bit doesn't tell you right away and u forget and add all your photos just for it to pop up and say you are logged out, and you have to log back in and retake all your photos again. Hard to tell what your photos look like or edit them. Takes forever for photos to submit. Keeps spinning and alot of internet connection problems. Wastes ALOT of time when you only have 35 minutes to do a visit.

Please stop asking me to change my password. It is so annoying having a client and trying to log on, only for you to realize you have to change your password again. Then, out of habit, you type in the wrong password. Seriously, it's not even necessary. Who is going to hack into my account? What would they even do? Fill in my time cards?
