Easy to log in with fingerprint. The only thing I don't like is that if it times out, you don't know until you snap a picture, and it says you were signed out. Then, you have to redo the pic and signatures.

Adequately works for shifts, GPS feature kinda sucks. Not being able to close the "rate the app" suggestion every time I open it is a bit annoying though. (hence why I'm here)

Not very user-friendly. Needs some things fixed so that this doesn't happen.... Logs u out constantly bit doesn't tell you right away and u forget and add all your photos just for it to pop up and say you are logged out, and you have to log back in and retake all your photos again. Hard to tell what your photos look like or edit them. Takes forever for photos to submit. Keeps spinning and alot of internet connection problems. Wastes ALOT of time when you only have 35 minutes to do a visit.

Never wants to upload images. Very slow. I used it to punch in for my shifts 9-6. When I punched out it showed that punched out for 9am

Always closing down, you have to log out before finishing tasks. Is always loading and does not always save inputted information

Have had to reinstall many times due to errors. App causes late clock ins due to errors. GPS wrong at times. If app sits too long, clocks end shift but makes you sign in to capture signatures (unpaid w).
