Since the last update, this App is relatively useless. I used to be able to see what the numbers. It had an >to the guidelines of the acceptable limits. The words of what the tests, mean nothing to me here. It says go to Mayo Clinic Website for the interpretations. I AM A PERSON, NOT A GENIUS. I AM NOT A COMPUTER!!! I want more information about the testing I had done TODAY!! NOT THAT THE RESULTS WERE CLOSE TO THE SAME TEST I'm DONE, A few years AGO!!! THIS IS MY LIFE!!! I AM MORE THAN A #!

Need to stop the login verification. My phone hasn't changed but yet every time I have to enter a code. Appointments are gone by the time I finally get to it. Also can't get to the questionnaires easily which should be a button right on the home page.

Terrible. This app is not user-friendly. It suggests the user can make an appointment through the portal, but when you search for availability, it always comes up with "No available appointments". Half the time it "fails to upload" my attachments, or "fails to send message". Overall it's not a good app, but there aren't other portal options for patients, so Mayo should really spend more time and money on developing the app. I know for a fact MCHS can afford it.

It's great when I receive a message from my care team. However, in the 10+ years I've had it, I've only been able to respond. Trying to update my pharmacy for refills didn't work. I can't even file a help claim for the portal because it won't let me enter my required birthdate! More frustrating than helpful.
