I used this application all the time, and it's been a source of huge amounts of information and answers to many questions that avoids talking to the doctor and bothering him. I'm also having access to X-rays and test results not only that but a history can show Trends with some going up or down it's a fantastic app, and I recommend it strongly to be used by anybody that goes to Mayo Clinic

App runs like Mayo Clinic does. Ignores what matters and couldn't care less about your health. Between the app and the Dr's I'm not sure which is worse. Oh you need to see your primary doctor? Too bad. Schedule an appointment 6 months away. With my medical issues I could be dead by then

Need to stop the login verification. My phone hasn't changed but yet every time I have to enter a code. Appointments are gone by the time I finally get to it. Also can't get to the questionnaires easily which should be a button right on the home page.

Terrible. This app is not user-friendly. It suggests the user can make an appointment through the portal, but when you search for availability, it always comes up with "No available appointments". Half the time it "fails to upload" my attachments, or "fails to send message". Overall it's not a good app, but there aren't other portal options for patients, so Mayo should really spend more time and money on developing the app. I know for a fact MCHS can afford it.
