Was great to be able to Video on Demand, especially since it was for something I get fairly often. Couldn't get an appointment at the clinic today, it was booked, so this worked great. I felt very comfortable talking with the provider and felt she was very knowledgeable! Will definitely use it again if the need arises.

Visit went great. Only problem I had was with the pre appointment questions not being accepted. I closed out of app and went back in about 15 minutes later and everything went through fine then.

I am so surprised that I was able to speak to a doctor by video and have Labs ordered for me and a prescription written out so quickly and efficiently. Totally shocked how well it went. And the doctor was great!

It's supposed to be compatible with my phone. When I try to open it, it keeps saying that there's an updated version, so it won't open... I have installed and uninstalled 3 times to no avail, and I really need medical help:(

You can't enter an appointment once You try to sign in. There is no way to enter the video call without insurance information, and it doesn't show appointments or messages unless it's a notification. An application with the same low quality Mayo Clinic "care"

Can't even log in to the app because it has you fill out your address on your first login and whoever coded it made a mess because you cannot put in any address it does not automatically recognize. Trying to fill in my Iowa address, and it only lets me select addresses in Indiana. Not allowed to change the state for some reason, the. Page glitches out and won't sign in at all. Trash coding.
