Visit went great. Only problem I had was with the pre appointment questions not being accepted. I closed out of app and went back in about 15 minutes later and everything went through fine then.

It's hard to use at first because it didn't give me the question for before the vist so had to reschedule my time. After that worked it went great. The doc was very nice and understanding and took care of my issue fast.

The process had glitches and forced me to reschedule for a later appointment and the later appointment was 30 minutes late. The end result was, I had to go see my PCP anyway. There's some refinement required in this express care system.

It's supposed to be compatible with my phone. When I try to open it, it keeps saying that there's an updated version, so it won't open... I have installed and uninstalled 3 times to no avail, and I really need medical help:(

You can't enter an appointment once You try to sign in. There is no way to enter the video call without insurance information, and it doesn't show appointments or messages unless it's a notification. An application with the same low quality Mayo Clinic "care"

Can't even log in to the app because it has you fill out your address on your first login and whoever coded it made a mess because you cannot put in any address it does not automatically recognize. Trying to fill in my Iowa address, and it only lets me select addresses in Indiana. Not allowed to change the state for some reason, the. Page glitches out and won't sign in at all. Trash coding.
