I love mazda that's my 7th car I stop going to sydney mazda cause of the service manager he's not very friendly and when I go sydney mazda it seems like I'm bothering him, so I stop I go to a licensed dealer that's not mazds everyone at sydney mazda I'd great just not the service manager that's why we decided to go somewhere else too mad one person will make me change my company

First time I needed to use the roadside assistance I was told it would be $130. Opted to use my auto club membership for free. Not happy I was told I had roadside assistance by Mazda. What's the point if it costs money every time you use it. The app does not progress beyond the safety warning. So can't use it at all.

I just used it for the first time. I sell Mazda's for a living so when I popped my tire on my way home I was interested to see what my personal experience was going to be. I called and they answered right away. I went through the necessary steps and was told a tow truck would be at my location within 45 minutes....then 30 minutes later they called and said that tow truck was no longer able to come, and they were attempting to find another.... I eventually did it myself! Too bad...
