Quick and easy to use. Doesn't show update in real time. There are often delays in current Train schedules changes and/or delays.

It's certainly better than having to use a kiosk and printing out a paper ticket 🤷 You pick your origin and destination, the app lists all the price options for the specified trip and lets you purchase the appropriate ticket. It even lets you buy the Cape Flyer or Weekend Pass if you prefer. Conductors then scan activated ticket bar codes on the train.

I use Google password manager built into Android. Within that manager, this app is named "just ride" not "MBTA ticket." The few times a year I need to log into this app, I need to remember this connection because the app will log itself out. I need to manually scroll through all my passwords and select" just ride" for an app named MBTA. Is there a way for the developers to change this?

It's an utter embarrassment that this app was even released. Clearly it wasn't tested on android. Critical buttons in the app (like login) are placed underneath android interface buttons like home and back, making them inaccessible and therefore rendering the app unusable. Not a great experience as a visitor to Boston trying to get train tickets.

The MBTA ticket app works well enough, but has one huge problem, for me. On my Pixel 8 Pro, with '3-button navigation' set, ticket places a button ('View my Account') at the bottom of the screen ON TOP of the three button navigation buttons. As a result, I can never select the ticket button, no matter how careful I am to try to touch only the ticket button. I haven't found any Pixel settings that fix this. Web searches have not been helpful, either.

Menu and Log In buttons are inaccessible (Google Pixel 9) as the menu button is under the notification tray, and the login button on the Ticket Wallet page is hidden by the home, back, and app tray buttons. This means I can't log in to view my tickets, or open the Menu at all, meaning the app is completely useless now. It wasn't like this before, so it must have been an update or something that caused it, but this means I will end up having to pay more for tickets than I would with the app.
