★★★★★ Amazing support and very useful app! The new version is adding a very useful feature for families. Very, very cool company and products!

★★★★★ This is super convent, and it works with Google Assistant what else do you need

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't have elaborate controls for all acs. Even though there are custom commands they seem to not work quite as expected e.g. swing command not only does swing of the ac but sets unwanted fan speed. Alexa's integration is veneer basic and same issue there increase of temp. Bugs all other settings as well

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't work at all. I can't connect to the Melissa device, after many attempts and a hard reset.

★★☆☆☆ Melissa works well but Bobbie is Not. Timer, log, calibration process all screed up.

★★☆☆☆ Bobbie water heater not working as advertised. 1. Temperature cannot be set. 2. Gets confused and switches hot/cold temperature bar around. 3. No advanced analytics as advertised. Doesn't show when you shower etc.

★★☆☆☆ Impossible to pair a Vicki with Home, app buggy and Mom not seen anymore in the app.
