So far, not very useful. I do see past appointments, and I haven't tried to schedule a new one. For me what's important is the section with the documents and test results. In the last two weeks, I did a dozen tests ranging from blood tests to CT scans. None of the results appeared in the app! There is some old report, but it cannot be opened (it asks for the second authentication, shows the message that it was successful, but does not open the report).

This app notifies to register 1 to 1/2 hour prior to appt. With frequent repeats. I'm driving on hwy. When request test result a security code is given. Entering this code is not effective. Must receive another code. After many security codes which were all not effective this app was muted. Easier to call registration desk for result to be emailed. More time-consuming yet easier.
