Worst service and support, never delivered as promised (minimum 10 days delay can expect). If customer wants to cancel they'll not ready to cancel even it is reasonable.I have made order, and they could not able ship it for 4 days, every time customer has to go check in the tracking page to get to know that product is getting rescheduled for pickup next day. MD computers don't have a courtesy to inform the customer about the delay becz it occurred at their end. To avoid this use Amazon or Flipkart

Disappointed with Cancellation Policy – Hidden Charges! Placed an order (1425482) and cancelled within 15 mins, yet they charged a 2% cancellation fee! They even tried to force me to buy something else to avoid the charge. Very unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Beware of ordering from MDComputers.in!

MD Computers ke saath mera experience Beirut hi disappointing or bear raha. Maine August 2024 me AMD 4700S system purchase kiya tha, Lenin kuch high time me system completely band ho gaya. Iske baad main eek mahine se zyada lagataar follow-up kiya, emails bheje, videos aur details share ki, Lenin aaj tak koi proper solution nahi mila. Har baar bas same type ke replies milte rahe– kabhi brand par daal dete hain, kabhi delay karte hain, Lenin actual me koi responsibility nahi lete. Inse kuch Mt lo

Their policy is biased, if you cancel the order they get to charge convenience fees with percentage of your order amount based on different shipping time instead of fixing convenience amount and charging that but if they cancel they don't pay penalty of anything. Ideally they should have small fixed convenience fee on order and charge that in case of cancellation. Also, they should pay similar penalty if they cancel the order.
