For the most part Mechanics Bank is really, really good most the time it's my own fault so most the time I can't blame Mechanics Bank I really think they're online banking is excellent

I've been banking with them since they merged or changed Home street bank. I was angry. Because I loved the folks at Home street they were like family when you walked in. I am in Colorado now. It can be challenging having your bank so far but Mechanics did miss a beat they are always there ready to help and willing to listen and make sure I have everything I need. Thank you!!! I appreciate you.

Logging in is and has been difficult due to passwords not available to log in resulting in having to go through the password manager to find the saved password, however once you know how to navigate the login the app is great.

*uses biometrics aka fingerprint to log in everyday* Today "We can't verify your identity using this method please choose another method--email, text, or phone" Because the totally uniquely identifying body part attached to me isn't identifying enough Who else can have my fingerprint? No one. Who can spoof any of those accepted methods? Anyone. This "security", then finding 4 fraudulent charges in my account the same day, and zero customer service for emergencies. I'm leaving this awful bank.

Generally ok. However, I get an alert for a denied charge with no details, click on it, login to the app and nothing. No alert, no info. No clue what was denied!!!!! Makes no sense

I am disappointed in the lack of integration. There should not be two apps for the same bank, offering different services. Belle is only available with Mechanics through this version of the app and yet my login isn't recognized.

So bad I am changing banks. I never had a problem until Home Street became Mechanics Bank. The app is the wost banking app I've ever had to use.
