I can't send a message. Not through the app or on the site... It's my main use.... Overall I like the app, also for ordering meds and being able to add a message, like how much to prescribe. But it has its issues occasionally...

Fulfills it purpose very well from my experience. The app is easy in use and offers a good user experience, but please, please add a dark mode. I sometimes use the app close to bedtime and the bright white theme is very obstructive for sleep.

Useless. The app says you can make an appointment. After answering an endless questionnaire, it tells you to contact the doctor yourself. It also says it can forward the results of the questionnaire to the doctor, but it can't. Then, all the information disappears, and you cannot recover it. In summary, it is a waste of time. After the response, I am downgrading my rate to 1 instead of 2.

Wow, nice POC. Looks like an app of the early app days (2011). Should be brought to this era. I would expect I could see all my medical data retrieved from my GP and pharmacy (e.g. all the data the PGO retrieved and is shown on the webpage) But it doesn't show anything useful. Nothing to do with security, an app can also be NEN-7510 compliant...

Please fix the medication alarm. I depend on that as part of my condition is having poor memory. I was given no message it stopped working. I thankfully remembered my meds the past days, but only hours later. My meds aren't optional, there are serious withdrawal symptoms from not taking them.

No English, French or any other language. Considering that many foreigners live in NL, it is very shortsighted to not enable any other language possibilities for a Health app.
