I like the app, i believe you should implement the top 10 FAQ's people contact medi-cal. Card replacement. Letter of eligibility. Changing plans (mcp's) What to do. How to change counties. How to remove a private insurance from medi-cal or where to call to get assistance. Reimbursement questions. Out of state services. How to get a copy of 1095b. Copy of any letters sent out to the medi-cal population. Where to call for a change of address, income etc. Helpful links to find providers that accept straight medical. I notice you guys keep implementing new stuff so hopefully you guys keep adding more things. Overall good app.

Really??? 90 bln dollars and you put out this crap First of all, who created this app...some 5 year old??? Medi-Cal is a 90 billion dollar program. They seem like they did not spend any time or effort when they made this app... how about adding all the program with in DHCS. Or better yet, add a simple app instead of redirecting to another government website. How about adding some feature such as viewing your account so we can change our Providers. Or how about put out some more information on Managed care plans. I can't believe how disorganized is this app.
