Having this app makes things so easy, and it is very convenient to use. Having this app on my phone makes it convenient so when I go to my doctor's appointments, and I don't remember my ID number I can always pull it up on my phone, if I misplace my card, I can always look and pull up the app on my phone plus I get a lot of other features in the app. I enjoy using the app because of its convenience.

I'm trying to find a dental facility that is covered under Medicaid that provides dental implants. Would I be able to get a list of places near Prince George County Va? ? Thank you. I also am bipolar manic depressive with panic attacks, insomnia, depression, and I'm unable to find a Dr who is able to give me the same list of medications I was on years ago that actually helped, and it took a mental health facility to find the ones that actually help me. If you ask they assume you are abusing them.

It has me going around in circles. I have been trying for days to change my insurance and add my provider, but it keeps telling me it has a bug. It says because of the bug, I need to update the app and try against I have tried and there are no updates, and why does a State website have bugs??? I can't give you a better rating until the problems are solved!

The find a provider is useless because of generalized categories and a lack of useful filters like if a doctor is accepting new patients or a specialty. I'm searching for a PT and I don't get the option to specify, only an occupational, physical, and respiratory conglomerate with no way to tell which they are with the information given, apart from calling each doctor and find out if they do physical and not respiratory or occupational therapy.
