When you choose a provider, and you click on it. Nothing happens, and he backs space, and it goes back to the same frame that I was on when you went to pick the provider it doesn't let you do anything else, so I back out, and I checked what it said and everything was there just a little confusing.

This is a good way to be safe and know that you are covered for security reasons which are very important to everyone! One thing I don't like is the conflict and questions regarding your email address and your account that is in use. Just keep it simple, and you won't have any issues hopefully! 👍

They messed up my County Residence, and on 4 different occasions, they thought they corrected, but it NEVER took. 5 months of dealing with this I get a letter stating that "At this time we are unable to provide insurance coverage to you. I thought ok I will enroll again, and to my surprise under compass it states that I have insurance coverage, with the wrong County and wrong Insurance. My next move tomorrow is going to the State Representative Office and have them take care of it for me.

I was trying to change my health plan. The app wouldn't allow me to enter my PCP's phone number. Tried several times. Finally, I just went online to do it.

So I selected my plan and selected my healthcare provider. Then I got insurance cards that my provider had not been selected before having a DIFFERENT PCP preselected. Now I'm trying to change using the app, and it says it's unable to determine my location and there isn't anywhere to manually put in any information. This app doesn't work well.

I can't log in on this app. When I use my account information on the website, everything works fine. But the app keeps saying "enter a valid username" even though it's the same username I use on the enrollment site. App is unusable this way, so I will have to uninstall.
